The Tech Valley Commercial Construction Consortium (TV3C) is a group of “like minded” sub-contractors working in the commercial construction arena. While others may be caught up in the traditional bidding process to generate sales revenue, members of the TV3C strongly believe that the most successful contractors of today, and into the future, will be those who can effectively market their services.
Out of this philosophy was born the TV3C. Comprised of the owners of some of the Capital District’s most successful subcontractors, members of the TV3C meet monthly to discuss issues and techniques for marketing their businesses. Each member represents a non-competing trade doing business in commercial construction and brings to the table their thoughts and experiences in order to help the group grow stronger as a whole by learning from each other. Everything that is discussed during our meetings is held in the strictest of confidence.
While we are not a “leads” generation organization, nor do we replicate the great services of the many subcontractor trade groups, certain synergies do exist and our members often are able to help each other with contacts or other insights into upcoming projects, suppliers and services. Our focus is strictly marketing and sales oriented.
We are currently looking to fill spots for remaining trades that are not represented.
